About the event

Built in the workshop. Proven in the arena.

UniKL Robattle is the yearly robot combat competition, held this year as part of Ekspo Institusi Pendidikan TVET@KKDW 2026. Student teams from TVET institutions across the country design, build and battle their own robots. Every match puts four robots in one arena — one per corner — and only the strongest strategy and engineering make it to the Final.

  1. 4 robots

    Every match seats one team in each of the yellow, red, green and blue corners.

  2. 4 referees

    One referee per corner keys in that team’s marks in real time.

  3. Judges verify

    Judges check and confirm every result before it’s released.

  4. Live on screen

    Confirmed results go straight to the arena screens and this page.

The road to the Final

Every match puts four teams in the arena, one per corner, and each group plays three rounds. Here is how this year's 24 teams are narrowed down to one champion.
